OVERVIEW
    This directory includes human HG002 WGS datasets produced
    with SPRQ-Nx multi-use chemistry and three acquisitions
    per SMRT Cell.  It utilized the release instrument software
    which includes 5mC, 5hmC, and 6mA callers.
